Our vision
Thanks to the use of cryogenic technology, an absolute novelty in the food sector, cold rapidly penetrates the meat, each portion of product is frozen individually, thus avoiding the formation of macro crystals. At a given moment in the process, separate portions are obtained, which means the required number of skewers can be easily taken out of the packaging, thus improving the practicality and reducing waste.
