In 1993, Rudy Snijders decided to make his experience and detailed knowledge of the agri-food industry, in particular the cold meats sector, available to dynamic and ambitious industrialists.
So what happened next? Euro-Délices set up shop in Rocourt, a sales agency in the true sense, with the aim of connecting agri-food producers with customers who then both manage the deliveries and invoicing between themselves. The original approach and sincere character of the project rapidly caught on, and the range of products available continuously increased, as did the number of customers.
