Who doesn’t remember “la vieille abbaye”? Its Frankfurt sausages, its ham cooked on the bone, its pressed heads, its smoked salted lard, etc.

Even though the logo has been updated, the initial recipes have been conserved, they correspond exactly to what consumers are looking for today, authentic products loaded with history and which provide us with a new understanding of the past.
