Much more than the name of a mythical mountain col, Galibier is a cured meat producer from Savoie.
Galibier is made up of men and women, very much anchored in their region, who are driven on a daily basis by a love for their land and their products. We are a proud producer of hams, saucissons and Savoie diot sausages, with great respect for ancestral expertise and traditional methods.
Our vision
High-quality cold meats, both strong and delicate, which are intended to be shared with those we love and who appreciate good food, to spend good times together.
Our products are created from French pork meat, and are always free of artificial colourings or flavourings.
