In 1992, Giovanni D’Ambruoso decided to make his dream company become a reality: bringing the incredible cheese specialities of his native region, Pouilles, to the whole of Italy. His dream turned into reality: Every day, Deliziosa makes excellent products, transforming raw milk from the Pouilles region into unique and inimitable delights. Fabricated by hand by master cheesemakers and tested to the strictest hygiene and quality standards, the superb Deliziosa range has won customers over around the world: its ultra-effective distribution network transports its freshly prepared prepared where they are needed.
Our region
We were born and grew up in this marvellous setting at the heart of the Pouilles region. This is where cows still graze freely in the pastures encircled by dry stone walls. This region has transmitted to us its traditions and its ingredients of the highest quality, which we cultivate every day with true dedication. And naturally, our profound respect for the local environment is reflected in everything we do.
